AL-Falak empowers workforce with new Employee Self Service portal
Online system supports convenient & cost-effective sharing of employee information, decentralizes common HR practices
AL-Falak Electronic Equipment & Supplies Co., a leading provider of technology-based end-to-end solutions in the Middle East, has launched its new Employee Self Service (ESS) portal to facilitate and streamline frequent Human Resource (HR) inquiries and requests such as personal profile updates, salary slips, employee expenses management, leave and air ticket requests, iqama and passport renewals, and visa related requests, among others. The self-service online tool provides a convenient and cost-effective way to share information and decentralize HR practices.
The ESS system will electronically handle inquiries and requests from employees, department heads and the HR department and generate reports for managers and HR personnel. Employees can use ESS to view and update their personal profiles, check their payroll history, and access details on all of their requests. The self-service system will display the current status of employee requests, thus eliminating the need to follow up personally or via telephone calls.
