Al-Falak joins CodeBaby's Business Partner Program

Al-Falak Electronic Equipment and Supplies Co., one of the Middle East's leading enterprise IT solutions integrators, has joined the Business Partner Program of CodeBaby®, the leading innovator in Virtual Agent based customer care solutions.

Al-Falak will sell and deploy CodeBaby's interactive self-help solutions to Telecommunication companies throughout the Gulf Region.

Al-Falak is now a member of CodeBaby's rapidly growing Business Partner Program, which is focused on creating value added relationships in the fastest growing IPTV and Mobile markets worldwide.

Al Falak and Testhouse Limited enter into partnership agreement to jointly tap Middle East markets

Al-Falak Electronic Equipment & Supplies Co, the leading provider of technology based solutions to the Middle East has announced the signing of a partnership agreement with London-based supplier of IT risk mitigation services, Testhouse Limited, to jointly tap business opportunities in the Middle East markets.

Both companies acknowledge the complementary nature of their current product and services offerings and will co-operate to ensure enhanced value and support for both their existing and potential customers in the region.

Al-Falak highlighted at 1st eServices Symposium in KSA

Al-Falak Electronic Equipment and Supplies has brought into focus the significant role the company is playing in realizing the goal of an eSociety, at the first eServices Symposium held recently in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

The eServices Symposium sought to increase awareness about the benefits of eServices and emphasized the importance of public-private partnership to accelerate the Kingdom’s march towards an eSociety. During the event, Al-Falak showcased its entire range of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) solutions, including the innovative E-Catalog.

Al-Falak also highlighted its portfolio of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions at the two-day event, which was held under the patronage of H.R.H. Prince Mohammed bin Fahed Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Speaking on the sidelines of the symposium, Ahmed Ashadawi, President and CEO of Al-Falak said, "Al-Falak has been instrumental in taking Saudi Arabia closer towards its objective of an e-Society. There is now a strong collaboration and transparent communication between the Kingdom’s government entities and private sector companies like Al-Falak, which has led to advanced levels of eGovernance.
