A. A bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Earth Sciences, Computer Science or closely related field. M.S. or Ph.D preferred. Knowledge base of the latest developments in computer science and petroleum engineering technology through work experience, conferences, seminars and professional journals. B. Minimum of 9 years experience with at least 5 years directly related to petroleum engineering computer applications development and support. During this work experience the individual would have demonstrated outstanding performance and would have functioned independently as a recognized professional. Individual must possess outstanding analytical abilities. C. Excellent command of English language is required to prepare complex technical reports and oral presentations in a clear, concise and factual manner. |
