Al-Khaleej Holding Co. is a holding company whose principal subsidiaries are, Al-Falak Electronic Equipment & Supplies Co., Al-Khaleej Computers & Electronic Systems Co, and Al-Khaleej Training & Education.
Before its official commercial registration in December 2004, the company was known as “The Al-Khaleej-Al-Falak group”.
The groups’ principal activities are IT & Communication (ITC), Technical Training & Education, and investment.
Other activities include real-estate investment and Manpower Outsourcing.
Al-Khaleej holding was named one of the top 100 Saudi companies of 2004 & 2005 in a survey conducted by the Arab news.
